How the meetings will work
The weekly 'Action Meetings' will be held by me. I will try to keep them informal and light-hearted but with a firm aim of helping to hold you accountable for eating well and exercising week to week.
The meetings will be 60 minutes and I will aim to split them into three parts:
Reflecting on the previous week, sharing wins and falls
A look ahead to the areas we'll be focussing on in the coming week
Getting our planners started together (planning is key!)

If you can't attend one or two of the meetings, don't worry - I'll upload the recordings each week on this page and in the Facebook Group.
