With this in mind, here's how we're going to help you each week. Remember, every Monday is a fresh start. If you got your 200 points last week, you need to keep them. If you fell short of the mark, don't worry - this is a new week. Take a deep breath and get ready to go again.


7.00pm: A live class with Dan M. Can't make it? No hassle, catch up when suits before the end of the week.

In addition to our regular programme we'll be signposting you to a number of classes from freelance trainers running a schedule of classes from our brilliant team of instructors at Oakwood. All classes will be 30 mins and each one will earn you 25 points towards your weekly target of 200. The schedule of what what they're doing when will be promoted through our social media channels.
