28-Day Exercise and Wellbeing Challenge

Shanakee has signed up to take part in our 28-day Staff Exercise & Wellbeing Challenge. Don't panic yet - everyone can do this.. there are no excuses!
The aim of the game? Exercise for 150 minutes per week. This is the national recommendation for adults (NHS) so this should be easy, right?
The challenge starts on Monday 7th March. Before then you need to download the App, join the Shanakee Team and create some Teams of your own with friends and family.

Get in touch
1. Download TeamUp (free)
2. Join the Shanakee Team
Go to Teams > Join Team and enter this Team Code to join the Shanakee team:

3. Create your own Teams
Create Teams with friends, family, colleagues and anyone else who might need a nudge to do a bit more exercise!
Just create a team then share the Team Code with anyone you want to invite.
